Nigeria Power Sector Projects – The firm is identifying and evaluating projects in the Nigerian power sector for US Trade and Development Agency funding. Projects include investment planning for the recently privatized distribution utilities and power plants, captive power plants with a focus on alternative gas supply (LPG, CNG, LNG), and renewable power projects. EMI is also developing a program for leading Nigerian utilities to visit the U.S. and identify smart grid technologies.
